HeLi - Kick Start

Give your body a boost with this revitalizing essential oil blend made with extracts known to naturally support your fitness goals, including ginger, peppermint, and cinnamon. Dilute four drops of Kick Start in 4 ounces of your favorite drink for a boost or add to your favorite diffuser for soothing aromatherapy.

• Kick Start can be used up to two times a day. We recommend starting with once daily, and depending on your body, increasing to two times daily.

• This blend does not contain a carrier oil. It can also be diffused or applied to the palm for aromatherapy.

• Mix a few drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for targeted aromatherapy or massage.

DIRECTIONS

Dilute four drops of this revitalizing blend in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. Kick Start can also be diffused or applied to the palms for aromatherapy.
